Steel Long Strip Gravity Flow Racking in Logistic Cargo Center

Gravity Flow Rack/Carton Flow/Roller Type is evolved from a medium duty beam-type rack. The cargo is transported from the dispensing end to the pick-up end through the raceway. The cargo is automatically slid by gravity, which enables "first in, first out" operation, low cost of use, fast storage speed and high density.


Features

1. The fluent strip is directly connected to the front and rear beams and the intermediate support beam
2. The beam is hung directly on the pillar
3. The slope of the fluent strip installation depends on the size and weight of the container and the depth of the sump, usually 5% to 9%.
4. The fluent roller has a bearing capacity of 6kg/piece. When the cargo is heavy, 3-4 fluent strips can be installed in one raceway.
5. A support beam is usually installed every 0.6m in the depth direction to increase the rigidity of the fluent strip.
6. When the raceway is long, the raceway can be used to separate the raceways
7. Brake pads need to be installed to slow down the cargo and reduce the impact
